Do you want a smoothie which makes you feel more energised after your exercise?


This smoothie combines lots of yummy berries to create a cup of goodness! Make it before your run and think about what’s waiting for you at home after you finish… the thought may even make you run faster!



1 cup of Frozen Raspberries

¼ cup of cherries

¼ strawberries

¼ cranberries

¾ cup almond milk

2 tsp fresh ginger

1 tsp lemon juice


Blend together and drink!
