Did you know that walking in nature can boost your mood and reduce stress? Studies have shown that people who walk in green areas tend to be more happier.


Today is Walk in the Park Day and the first #ThirstyThursday.

Why not combine the two and make this classic but delicious Strawberry & Banana smoothie to drink whilst you walk around the park!



Ingredients: 2 cups ice, 1 ½ cups strawberries, 1 cup of nonfat vanilla greek yoghurt, ½ banana, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp vanilla essence


Blend all ingredients in the blender and then drink up!
