Resource helps members of the Jewish community get back into the workplace.  We assist people from every occupational background, regardless of experience, age or level of religious observance 


We have helped over 10,000 people in our 26-year history and have developed a depth of expertise in supporting people back to work quickly. Resource's success rate is high: last year almost 70 percent of our clients secured employment within six months with our support. The team of over 40 volunteer HR and business experts, together with 6-part time paid staff, provide free practical and effective advice and support to more than 400 clients a year to help them find their feet in today's job market. 


To help people back into work quickly, Resource offers the following services:

  • One-to-one advisor support, including writing CVs
  • Direct links to a wide range of organisations through our Relationship Management Team
  • More than 10 different seminars relating to job searching
  • IT training
  • Psychometric profiling
  • Mock interviews
  • Use of fully-equipped office space


We see the overwhelming and destructive effects unemployment has on people, with far-reaching emotional and financial consequences.
